摘要
建立了保险代理人的两阶段动态委托代理模型并进行分析,得出如下主要结论:考虑以往业绩的两阶段最优激励合同具有明显的声誉效应,并且工作的阶段越多,激励作用越大,保险代理人的努力水平越大。制定的3个表格对保险人代理人的激励机制的设计有一定的指导意义。
A dynamic principal-agent model with two phrases for insurance agent was set up and analyzed. It was concluded that:(1)the optimum incentive contract with two stages of the former achievement will show apparent reputation effects and (2) the longer the period of working, the larger the incentive function of the contract and the higher the level of endeavor of insurance agent. Finally three established tables can give reference to the design of incentive mechanism of insurance agent.
