摘要
在对主要的知识管理体系研究的基础上,从核心竞争力的角度提出了企业知识管理的框架,并进一步对知识管理的支撑资源、基本过程进行了深入分析。
On the basis of the studies of primary knowledge management systems, a new framework of knowledge management is established from the point view of core competence. And the supported resources and the basic processes of this framework are analyzed dentally.
