由知识管理概念推动产业创新与示范性——以台湾为例

The Promotion of Industrial Innovation and Its Paradigm by Knowledge Management:An Example in Taiwan Residents Industries

在大陆经济快速成长的磁吸效应之下,台湾的各产业唯有往技术升级、产业转型等方向进行,才能够达到永续经营的目标。为了因应现今环境条件与达到永续经营的目标,不断的创新是可行方法,创新也就成为未来的主轴。虽说创新的结果是一项新的东西,但它仍然是基于过去所累积的知识基础之上,因此用知识管理的概念(知识的转换与成长、知识创造螺旋等)来增加、稳固、扩大该基础,以促进产业创新与示范性的产生。

With the fast economic growing-up in China's Mainland, new paradigms of industrial migration and technology upgrading has become so important for Taiwan Residents industry that they can ever reach long-term continuous improvement of business operations. Aiming achieving long-term business operations, continuous innovation has served as the mostly significant instrument to deal with ever-changing business conditions that they are facing the present and future industrial environment.Although the outcomes of innovation produced new ideas, they were based on the accumulation of the past knowledge. In order to approach the innovation and demonstrative development in the industry, this paper presented the way how to enlarge, condense and expand innovative works on the basis of the concepts of knowledge management such as conversion and development of knowledge, knowledge creation spiral,etc.
