摘要
整合性制造管理系统开发之研究目的乃在于,探讨以产品资料标准格式及信息技术与工具发展信息整合模式,其方法是连结计算机辅助设计与计算机辅助制造功能,并结合产品数据管理共享数据库及型态管理作业,达到同步管理,以实现同步工程作业,使产品之设计与产出能符合品质、交货期与成本之效益,以强化企业在市场竞争之利基。首先分析产品生命周期管理之信息需求,就设计、制程规划及制造管理之不同系统,厘清数据管理之资料表达规范;其次以IDEF方法进行产品数据管理之流程分析,并以Zachman信息系统基础架构框架进行信息需求及架构分析;最后以一机械制造工厂之整合性管理系统建置为例,来说明系统开发之运作方式。
Recently, all manufactures are facing with the challenge of making high quality products within a short product introduction time while reducing costs as low as possible. Products lifecycle management (PLM) is an emerging solution and information integration is a core to address this challenge. This paper discussed the methodology and IT requirement for the Management Information System for integrated product manufacture. According to Zachman Framework, the goals of this research are: (1) to investigate the methodology needed by manufacturing companies to implement the integrated product manufacturing information management system to achieve PLM; (2) to investigate the information integration framework for the integrated product manufacture information management system.
