The Overall Framework of the Management Information System for Commercial Banks in China

银行管理信息系统是以业务处理系统和办公自动化系统为基础,运用信息技术和系统工程方法实现银行全部信息的处理、分析、预测、风险控制,是管理决策的高度集成化、网络化的人机系统。针对我国商业银行信息化管理的现状及存在的问题,根据国外3级管理模型理论,并参照一些成功的跨国银行管理信息系统的“金字塔型”结构,提出了我国商业银行建立管理信息系统的总体构架以及实施的步骤。

On the basis of business process and office automation systems, information technology and system engineering method are used in the management information system of banks to realize all information processing of banks. The management information system of banks is a highly integrated and networked man-machine system for analyzing, predicting, risk controlling and administrative decision. According to the current situation of the information-based management of commercial banks in our country, an overall framework and implementation of the management information system of the commercial banks in China were put forward with the help of the tertiary management model theory in foreign countries and the Pyramid-structure of some successful the management information system in transnational banks.
