南京制造业的提升路径与策略

改革开放以来我国综合国力的增强 ,在很大程度上是源于制造业的贡献。在新的历史时期 ,为了实现制造业的进一步发展 ,我们必须走新型工业化的道路。本文从规模、效率和运营等三个方面 ,对南京市制造业的现状和竞争力进行了分析。研究结果表明 :南京制造业在江苏省内和国内都具有相当的规模重要性 ;南京制造业中的加工装配及技术、资金密集型行业的全员劳动生产率较高 ,而劳动密集型行业的全员劳动生产率不高 ;烟草加工业、医药制造业和印刷业等行业的赢利能力较高 ;南京市制造业的技术装备水平普遍不高。在上述发现的基础上 ,本文就如何走新型工业化道路 。

Maufacturing industries have played a key role in the strengthening of overall competitiveness of China since the end of 1970's. In the new era, we have to initiate a new type of industrialization to develop manufacturing industries further. The paper analyzes the competitiveness of main manufacturing industries in the city of Nanjing. The results indicate that manufacturing industries in Nanjing have rather scale importance in Jiangsu province and China; the overall labor productivity of Nanjing's is higher than that of Jiangsu's and China's in assembly and technology-capital intensive industries, but the overall labor productivity of Nanjing's is less than that of Jiangsu's in most of labor-intensive industries; Profitability of tobacco processing industry, medical and pharmaceutical products industry and printing and record processing industry are better than other industries in Nanjing. Based on the above-mentioned findings, the paper presents policy suggestions accordingly.
