新型工业化要求下的南京市企业信息化建设问题

新型工业化道路要求我们的企业必须全面实现信息化建设 ,使内部管理结构更加扁平化 ,使企业组织结构更加合理 ,能提高企业的整体决策水平 ,提升产品档次 ,增强研发能力 ,降低企业成本 ,提高工作效率 ,实现传统经营方式的转变 ,真正适应国际化竞争 ;针对南京市目前企业信息化的现状及存在的问题 ,本文提出加强南京市立法工作和信息技术人才和基地的培养和储备工作等一条确实可行的。

A new road to industrialization require that our enterprises must fully realize the construction of information projects, make the inner management structure much leveled and the organization much reasonable. All these can enhance the decision-making level, improve the level of products, and strengthen the research and development ability of our enterprises. The cost becomes lower and the efficiency is much higher. The transformation of traditional management will be realized, so as to really meet the international competition. To the current situation and existing problems of enterprises' informationization in Nanjing, the paper proposes a reliable and unique road for Nanjing informationization. Such as, strengthen the legislation, and training and stock concerning information technician and bases.
