以科技创新改造传统产业 走新型工业化道路

江泽民同志在党的“十六大”报告中提出 :“实现工业化仍然是我国现代化进程中艰巨的历史任务” ,并提出走新型工业化的道路。本文立足于对新型工业化的理解 ,阐述了发展高新技术产业和传统产业之间的关系 ,并针对南京市的具体情况提出在现代经济发展中拯救传统产业的措施。

At the 16th conference of NPC, president Jiang Zeming put forward that it was still an arduous task to realize industrialization in the approach to modernization of our country. He also pointed out the way to neo-industrialization. Based on the understanding of neo-industrialization ,this article elaborated the relationship between the development of hi-tech industrial .In accordance with the fact of Nan jing ,it also discussed in detail the methods of how to save the traditional industrial in the development of modern economy.
