新型工业化进程中城市土地资源的市场配置与政策调控

本文以新型工业化对土地资源配置的要求为出发点 ,指出了城市土地资源配置中存在的问题 ,从土地资源配置的市场失灵与政府失灵的经济学分析入手 ,探讨了土地资源配置出现扭曲的根源 。

On the basis of the demands of new pattern industrialization at the allocation of land resources, this thesis points out the problem of the allocation of urban land resources. On analyzing the object of market failure and government failure, this thesis probes into the origin of the distortion allocation of land resources, and puts forward the idea of policy of regulatory control with the practicality of landed estate market.
