农村劳动力转移:新型工业化的必然趋势

本文认为 ,走新型工业化道路过程中 ,必须着力缩小城乡二元经济结构的程度 ,把大力推进城市化进程与协调区域的发展有机结合起来 ,加快农村劳动力转移。本文首先分析了南京近年来严重的二元经济结构 ;其次描述了当前南京市农村劳动力转移的特点 ;最后文章提出构建农村劳动力转移“三位一体”的“力系”。本文认为 ,发展应对产业 ,拓展就业机会 ,增强城市拉动力 ;发展“草根工业” ,开发农业产业 ,增强乡镇消化力 ;发挥市场功能 ,减少转移障碍 。

This article thinks that we must reduce the degree of dual—economy structure between the urban and country and combine the process of the urbanization with the coordinate development of regions to expedite the transfer of village labor in the progression of new industrialization. The essay analyzes the serious dual-economy structure and the character of the transfer of village labor .At last it puts forward some advice.
