Euthanasia is a newly arising problem in research which involves medicine, ethics law and so on.. Based on the law, this article discusses the issue again and studies the necessity of the legislation of euthanasia in China based on such viewpoints as its essential features, non-criminal characteristics and its development trend, then gives some suggestions .
