摘要
从企业文化建设的定位、文化建设的内容、文化建设应处理的关系和文化建设的基本途径四个方面论述中国企业文化建设的基本问题。
This paper discusses enterprise culture construction in China from four aspects (orientation, content, relations to be dealt with and approaches to cultural construction), and attempts to improve the views of new culture that can be well coordinated with politics and economy. It expounds and standardizes the positive factors of the motive force of economy in order to promote enterprise culture and economy construction.
