论环境伦理学的“代内正义”的基本意蕴

The Basic Connotation of Intrageneration Justice in Environmental Ethics

倡导“代内正义”是环境伦理学用于激发人们的“生态良知”的重要方法和手段。然而,“代内正义”究竟是谁之正义?这是环境伦理学所必须明确的问题。本文认为,任何以个体为出发点或仅仅局限于族类存亡意义上的正义观都不应当成为环境伦理学的“代内正义”的基本构成要素,而“全球性正义”或许正是环境伦理学的“代内正义”最为恰当的表现形式。

It's a major method for arousing ecological conscience of people through advocating intrageneration justice. But who can take his hands to arbitrate this kind of justice actually? Environmental ethics must answer this question. This paper insist that the individual or nations can't express the intrageneration justice. It is nothing but the justice of the whole world that may be the most proper form.
