摘要
动机是推动外语学习的内在力量 ,是外语学习的重要因素之一。本文通过对英语学习动机理论与外语教学的探讨 ,提出激发学生外语学习动机的途径与策略 ,旨在培养学生的强烈求知欲 ,把“要我学”变为“我要学”。
Motivation ,and inner drive to push the study of a foreign Language, is one of the key factors in the study of a foreign language. The paper, by making a study on motivation theories of English study and foreign language teaching, presents some ways and strategies to stir up the study motivation of language learners. It aims at cultivating the students to have a strong thirst for knowledge, thus turning 'Teacher makes me learn.' into 'I want to learn'.
