坚持最低纲领与最高纲领的辩证统一 ,是我们党在领导革命和社会主义建设过程中得出的一个极其重要的认识。最低纲领与最高纲领辩证统一表现为最高纲领为最低纲领的制定实施指明了前进方向 ;最低纲领为最高纲领的实现准备条件 ;最低纲领与最高纲领相互包含、相互贯通。坚持最低纲领与最高纲领的辩证统一 ,在实践中要克服“速成论”、“怀疑论”、“空想论”。“三个代表”重要思想 ,体现了最高纲领与最低纲领的统一 ,必须以此为指导 ,坚定不移坚持党的基本路线、基本纲领 。

Upholding the dialectic unity of the minimum and maximum programs is an important achievement of our party in carrying out the revolution in socialistic construction.It manifests that the maximum program points out the direction to the formulation and implementation of the minimum program,which prepares ways for the realization of the former.The relationship of the two is that the minimum program exercises the leading position of the maximum,and they are threaded together with one containing another.In practice we must forsake the attitudes of hastiness, shepticism and utopianism.The important idea of “three representatives” reflects the unity of the two and is the guiding principle.Therefore we must unswervingly stick to the Party’s basic lines and guiding principles so as to obtain the goals of China’s renaissance.
