摘要
加入 WTO后 ,中国企业将在世界经济舞台上扮演愈来愈重要的角色 ,因此 ,中国传统文化对我国企业文化的影响与塑造意义深远。本文力图在总结中国传统文化精髓的基础上 ,提出建立对传统文化评价的管理学标准 ,从而为我国企业文化的建设和借鉴找到有效途径。
China has joined the WTO, which means that Chinese enterprises will play a more and more important role the on the world economic stage. Therefore, traditional Chinese culture will have a profound effect on the establishment of corporate culture of Chinese enterprises. This paper suggests management criteria in the evaluation of traditional Chinese culture on the basis of summarizing its essence of, and thus provides an efficient way of constructing corporate culture for Chinese enterprises by using traditional Chinese culture for reference.
