摘要
本文在分析建国后我国荒地开垦存在问题的基础上 ,提出了大力开展中低产田改造 ,尽量少开荒甚至不开荒 ,是实现我国土地资源可持续利用的关键措施 。
This paper expounds the relation between sustainable development and land use,analyses the historical contributions and existing problems,points out that middle-lower yield land improvement and reclamation of uncultivated land as less as possible or not reclamation at all is a key measure to realize sustainable use of land resources on the basis of controlling strictly population growth and non-griculture construction that will occupying cultivated land,and approaches concerning the measures selection and funds raising of middle-lower yield land improvement.
