摘要
制约我国国际竞争力提高的主要原因在于人力资源的大量闲置、人力资源质量水平较低、人力资源结构不尽合理以及合理流动机制尚未建立等方面 ,针对上述问题 。
The article mainly analyzes the factors which limit the China international competitiveness from the view of human resources. They are much labor unused, low quality, unreasonable structure and lack of rational floating system. Some advice is given according to the stated.
