The Educational Quality of the Ethnic Minorities and the Human Resources Development in Yunnan

本文分析了云南省少数民族人口的分布及文化素质,提出提高少数民族人口的科学文化素质,是实施科教兴国战略的重要组成部分,强调重视少数民族人力资源的开发,加快少数民族教育事业的发展,是振兴云南的当务之急和治本之举。

Based on the analysis of the distribution of the ethnic minorities in Yunnan and their educational quality, the paper proposes that to improve their educational quality should be one of the important parts in vitalizing China through science and technology. Accordingly, it is emphasized that importance should be attached to developing the human resources so as to accelerate the educational development, which is the urgent and fundamental task in vitalizing Yunnan.
