摘要
听课制度是教学监控的有效手段,是教学质量评价的基础工作。本文对全面推进听课制度的必要性和重要性、管理和运作以及保障措施进行了阐述,提出了具体的运作方案和评价教师教学效果的管理办法。
Visiting classroom system is an effective way to supervise the teaching process. It is also the grassroots work to evaluate the teaching quality. The paper argues for the importance and necessity of promoting visiting classroom system and puts forth the detailed operation plans in evaluating the teaching quality.
