摘要
国有企业通过改制 ,成为新兴的股份制企业 ,从而为企业的经营发展奠定了良好的基础。但是企业要实现真正脱困并真正重塑成功 ,其关键是实现企业科学的管理再造。本文拟通过剖析企业改制后正在运行的现状 ,提出若干实施企业再造的目的。
The state enterprise became a new shareholding enterprise and established better substruction for developing of enterprises by reformed mechanism. But the key of enterprise come true to actual success is to carry into effect of business scientific management reenginerring. In this context, by analyzing the operating situation of enterprise after reformed mechanism, propose several purposes? thinkings and measures to carry into effect of enterrise reengineering.
