Considerations on enterprise capital operation strategy

从生产经营模式到资本经营模式的转变是目前我国国有企业面临的一次革命性的飞跃。资本经营实际上是企业发展到一定规模和一定阶段时通常要采取的战略选择 ,通过资本经营 ,企业可以改善自身的资本结构 ,吸纳外部资源 ,剥离不良资本 ,进行组织和制度创新 ,从而达到低成本高效益扩张的目的。本文运用系统科学的思想 ,对资本经营的基本理论及我国企业资本经营的现状进行阐述、考察和分析 。

The change from production operational model to capital operating model is a revolutionary leap which our state-owned enterprises have been facing recently. Actually, enterprises usually have to adopt capital operating as a strategic choice when they have reached a certain period and developed into a certain scale. Capital operating enables enterprises to improve their capital structures, absorb outside resources, strip the unhealthy capital off, create new organization and institution so that theyre able to expand and develop with a low cost and high profit. This article, with the help of the thought from system science, analyzes the basic theory of capital operating as well as current situation of capital operating in our state-owned enterprises. It also attempts to put forward the countermeasures our national enterprises should take to develop capital operating.
