摘要
本文从海南的生态环境实际出发 ,讨论海南建设生态省目标、有利和不利条件 ,指出建设生态省是海南实现可持续发展的基本途径 ,应精心组织实施 ,促进生态经济全面发展。
Based on the actual situation of natural ecoˉenvironment, this paper discusses the target, background and indicator system of constructing an ecological province in Hainan. It points out that is necessary for Hainan's sustainable development. In order to develop ecoˉenvironment and economy on a full scale, it should be elaborate to construct ecological province in Hainan.
