摘要
本文在分析矿区可持续发展内部机制的基础上 ,建立了矿区可持续发展能力动态仿真系统 ,分析了矿区可持续发展能力建设及所取得的经济与环境效益 ,进一步提出了矿区煤炭产业发展、非煤产业发展以及矿区环境治理的具体对策。
The dynamic emulation system of sustainable development ability is set up on the basis of internal mechanism of sustainable development ability in the mining area. Using the system, the paper analyses the able construction for sustainable development and economic-environmental profit on the basic of Luan mining area. Farthermore, we put up the applicable countermeasures for the mining and non-mining development and environment control.
