摘要
In developing and using measures of Language abilities, the most important consideration is the use of a language test, so that the most important quality of a test is its usefulness. A model of test usefulness is regarded as the essential basis for quality control throughout the entire test development process. A model of test usefulness includes following qualities--validity, reliability, discrimination and backwash effects.
