For the improvement of Party building in today's enterprises it's the first thing to do that the basic organization of the Party must adapt to the current situtation and continue playing the key role in politics during the period of two essential transforms. This article tries to make a exposition of the Party building in state enterprises from the angles of basical principles , leading system , working style and the building of leading group.
