国际经济法的统一性和非统一性

The Unity and Ununity Tendency of Economic International Law

随着经济全球化的发展 ,国际经济法越来越呈现出统一性和非统一性并存的发展趋势。一方面 ,因交往需要存在着形成统一经济法律规则的趋向。另一方面 ,因各国间政治、经济种种矛盾 ,又存在着各国形成互不相同、互不一致的经济法律规则的趋向。并且 ,统一性和非统一性共存、互相交织 ,有着向对方演化的发展趋势。

with the development of the economic globalization,there is increasingly a trend of the co-existence of unification and ununification development. On the one hand, there is a trend of developing some identity economic rules in all countries because of the necessity of communication among them. On the other hand, there exists various contradictions of econormy and politic among those countries, so they have formed and will form their own econmic rules which are different from each other. Moreover, the Unification and the Ununification interweave with each other,they both have the trend of developing into the opposite.
