董必武的诉讼法学思想——为纪念董必武同志诞辰115周年而作

董必武同志的诉讼法学思想内容十分丰富。主要有 :政法工作必须为经济建设服务 ;重视构建诉讼程序 ;依法办案是加强人民民主法制的中心环节 ;公开审判是审判活动的重心和重视司法人员的数量和质量等。这些诉讼法学思想虽然是在5 0年代以马列主义基本原理为指导结合当时的政法工作实际总结出来的 ,但是 ,在依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的今天 ,仍然具有重要的指导作用。

The subject of Dong Biwu's idea about procedural law is very abundant. It includes that work concerning politics and law must serve economic construction, that constructing legal proceedings must be emphasized, that handling cases in conformity with legal provisions is the central step of strengthening people's democratic legality, and that public trial is the heart of trial activities and much attention should be paid to the quality and number of staff. Although these ideas about procedural law have been summarized under the guidance of the basic principles of Marxism by combining the work concerning politics and law in practice at that time, they still possess important guiding effect on administrating a country according to law and constructing a country with socialist legality today.
