摘要
采用金相显微镜观察、力学性能检测、XRD测试手段,对5356铝合金线材冷压焊接头进行分析,探讨冷压焊接头界面结合机理。结果表明:5356铝合金冷压焊接头区域整体发生塑性变形流动,近缝区的显微组织随塑性流变呈现平行于焊缝的带状分布;冷压焊界面的结合是靠塑性变形碎化成的细晶间的原子键合力实现连接的,接头部位没有新相生成;冷压焊过程中存在浅层扩散。
Joints of 5356 aluminum alloy wire by cold pressure welding was analyzed, by using metallographic microscope, tensile test and XRD, and interface bonding mechanism of cold-pressure welding head was discussed. The results showed that the plastic flow of whole weld area occurred, the microstructure closed to bead with plastic flow parallel to the weld zonal distribution, fine crystals were crushed into by the plastic deformation. The interface bonding of cold pressure welding relied on the atomic bonding of the intercrytalline pounded by the plastic deformation. There was no new phase formation generated in joint part, and the diffusion existed in the process of cold-pressure welding.
