摘要
听课中教育理论主体和实践主体的主体间性是指教育理论主体和实践主体平等交往、积极对话、相互理解的主体间关系及在其中生成的教育教学实践主体性。形成教育理论主体和实践主体的主体间关系是提升教育教学实践主体性的重要基础,教育教学实践主体性的提升是主体间关系形成的实践旨归。作为理性批判主体的"教育理论—实践主体"和"教育实践—理论主体"具备相互转化的自觉意识和形成机制是主体间性建构的条件。建构两类主体的主体间性应遵循身份确认、责任担当、生命成长和适当转化的原则。
The intersubjectivity between educational theory agents and practice agents in the lesson observation is the inter-subject relation of associating equally,talking actively,understanding mutually,and in which form the educational practice subjectivity.Forming the inter-subjective relationship between educational theory agents and practice agents is the important basis of enhancing the educational practice subjectivity,and enhancing the educational practice subjectivity is the practical goal of forming the inter-subjective relationship.As the rational criticism subjects,the'educational theory-practice agents'and'educational practice-theory agents'in lesson observation need to posses the consciousness and formation mechanism of reciprocal transformation which is the conditions of constructing the inter-subjectivity. Therefore,the construction of the educational theory agents-practice agents' inter-subject relation should follow the principles of identity-identification,responsibility assuming,life growing and appropriate transformation.
