研究卓越即好老师?——基于大学优秀教师评价科研化之辨析 被引量:5

摘要 基于大学的领导和管理者认为教师的卓越研究能力,能自然而然地促进其教学能力,这种导向一定程度上使得大学教师逐渐偏离教学的天职,转而盲目投入"大跃进"式的重复科研中,而教学却从曾经的中心走向了边缘地带,科研卓越往往成为大学"好"老师的代名词或唯一指标。这样的评判理念违背了大学办学宗旨,危及着大学教学质量。为此,在教师职业活动评价中要建立以教学为基本点的科学评价方式,探索研究与教学有效衔接的方式,引导大学、大学教师乐于、安于从事教学。 From the point of the university leaders and its administrators,best researchers correspondingly enable themselves to be the best teachers,so that it can naturally promote the teaching quality of the Universities,which make university teachers gradually deviate from their teaching missions and plunge to repeat research blindly as the'Great Leap Forward'.Thus,the position set forth for teaching has been transferred from the center to the edge.Excellent research often becomes synonymous with excellence teacher or the only standard.The confusion between scientific research and evaluation criteria violate university's educational mission,endangering the quality of the university teaching,therefore,establishing scientific evaluation methods,exploration research and the effective connection way of teaching in the evaluation of teachers' professional activities,which relied on the teaching as the basic points and guide the university and its teachers willing to engage in the teaching.
