美国中小学《教师领导示范标准》述评 被引量:6

摘要 为了促进教师领导的发展,重新认识教师领导在学校发展等方面发挥的核心带头作用,美国教师领导探索协会于2011年5月颁布了中小学《教师领导示范标准》。该标准的主要特色有:为了学生的成功,教师领导与他人合作、共同承担责任;教师领导促进同事的专业学习;教师领导倡导同事开展教育研究。该标准对于促进我国教师领导的发展具有积极的启发意义:为了支持教师领导发展应创造积极、支持的学校文化以及优化学校的组织结构。 In May 2011,Teacher Leadership Exploratory Consortium released Teacher Leader Model Standards to elevate and advance teacher leadership,recognize teacher leaders as core contributors to efforts to improve school.The standard has some features such as:collaborating and sharing responsibility for student success;promoting colleagues' professional learning;advocating for education research.The standard has a Positive inspiration to the development of teacher leaders.To Support Teacher Leaders, we should create a positive and supportive school culture;optimize organizational structures of schools to support teacher leadership.
