陶瓷坯用硅灰石粉的质量控制及其方法

摘要 为了实现连州硅灰石矿区其他脉石矿物的综合利用和降低生产成本,探讨该地硅灰石原矿加工成陶瓷坯用硅灰石粉的生产过程中专业人员、矿床地质特征、矿物化学成分、实验平台条件和采制样规范对质量控制的作用,建立陶瓷坯用硅灰石粉的烧失量、收缩率、烧白度、CaO含量、均匀度和颜色6个关键指标的控制方法。结果表明,采用原矿分类堆放、适时抽检和批量送货措施可有效提高硅灰石粉质量的稳定性。 To realize the comprehensive utilization of other gangue minerals in Lianzhou wollastonite mine area and reduce the production costs, the effects of professional staff, ore geological characteristics, mineral chemical compositions, experiment platform conditions, and sampling norms on the quality of wollastonite powders for ceramics were investigated. The controlling methods of 6 key indicatrixes including burning loss, shrinkage ratio, burning whiteness, CaO content, uniformity and color were developed to stabilize the quality of the wollastonite powders. The results show that the stability of the wollastonite powders may be improved effectively by the combination of ore classification stacking, timely sampling and bulk delivery measures.
