摘要
为了使磁流变液离合器能够传递较大转矩以满足B级轿车的要求,通过对磁流变液离合器的工作原理和转矩传递能力进行分析,确定了相关的结构参数和电磁参数,设计了一款多片式磁流变液离合器。利用Ansoft有限元分析软件对离合器模型内部的磁场分布进行了仿真,从仿真结果来看,离合器中磁流变液的工作区具有较高的磁感应强度,能够实现预期的转矩传递目标。
In order to enable the magneto-rheological fluid clutch to transmit high torque to satisfy the torque transmission requirement of B-Class automobile,through the analysis of operating principle and the torque transmission ability of magneto-rheological fluid clutch,the relevant structure parameter and electromagnetism parameters are defined,and a kind of multi-plate magneto-rheological fluid clutch is designed.The magnetic field distribution in the clutch is simulated by using the finite element analysis software named Ansoft.It is seen from the simulation result that the area which is filled with magneto-rheological fluid has a high magnetic flux density,it is possible to realize the anticipated design goal of torque transmission.
