空难死亡赔偿金问题日益引起人们的关注,承运人在对旅客进行赔偿时,可能因乘客属于不同国籍的人而有所差异。因此,从我国国内相关立法和国际条约的相关规定中分析比较其对我国公民和外国公民的不同待遇就显得非常必要。针对这一不平衡的现象提出几点建议,旨在寻求一条最符合社会发展需求的解决途径。

The issue of the death compensation of air crash has been paid more attention. When the carriers give compensation to passengers, the amount of money will vary because of the passengers' different nationalities. Therefore, to compare the difference between China's legislations and the international treaties is very necessary. Then in view of the imbalance, the thesis puts forward some suggestions, in order to seek the best way to solve the problem that meets the demand of social development.
