摘要
"双师型"语文师资队伍在高职公共课的教学中发挥着重要作用。文章对"双师型"教师的内涵进行了梳理、界定,分析了高职院校"双师型"语文教师队伍建设的现状尤其是存在的问题,提出了关于高等职业院校"双师型"语文师资队伍建设的几点看法。
Chinese 'double teacher type' assume an important role in higher vocational Chinese education.First, this article settled and defined the connotation of the 'double teacher type', and then analyzed the current situation in higher vocational college 'double teacher type' teachers team construction, especially the existing problems, putted forward the main ways of the higher vocational colleges 'double teacher type' teachers team construction on this basis, provided some references for higher vocational college 'double teacher type' language teachers construction.
