The Law And The Chinese Dream

随着中国综合国力的提升,中国梦提出的时机也逐渐成熟。提升国民的法律素养是实现中国梦的重中之重,结合2013年第一季度地方刑事案件情况,借用联系发展的眼光来分析论述缺乏法律素养,可发现受自利行为原则"引导"的犯罪会对他人和社会乃至国家实现中国梦都会造成重大的影响,因此通过标本兼治的综合治理方式,通过法制教育这个"本"与刑罚这个"标"来提升整个国民的法律素养,是为实现中国梦创造一个良好的法治环境的最佳途径。

With the rapid development of China's comprehensive national strength,Chinese dream is becoming mature gradually this time. The improvement of legal literacy is becoming the priority to realize Chinese dream. According to the local criminal cases of the first quarter of 2013,with the view of integration and development to analyze the lack of legal literacy,we can find that the self interested behavior principle 'guide' the crime will do a significant impact to others and the society and even effect realizing the Chinese dream. Therefore,comprehensive managements of tackling the problem including legal education and the standard to enhance the penalty legal literacy of the whole nation,is the best way to create a favorable legal environment for the realization of Chinese dream.
