改革劳动教养制度是我国司法体制改革的一项重要内容。司法行政机关应当以劳动教养制度改革为契机,采取有效应对措施,统一思想、提高认识;继续加强管理,确保劳教干警的思想稳定、队伍稳定、管理秩序稳定,确保劳教场所安全、资产安全、监管安全;整合场所、资产、队伍等司法行政资源,强化司法行政职能;加强组织领导,统筹兼顾,确保改革劳动教养制度安全稳定、协调有序。

The judicial administrative organ shall take to reform the system of reeducation through labor as an opportunity,take effective measures,unite a thought,improve knowledge; continue to strengthen management,ensure that the ideological stability,team stability and management order in policemen of reeducation through labor,ensure the safety of places of detention,assets,and supervision; integrate judicial administrative resources inclrding sites,assets,personnel,strengthen the judicial administrative functions; strengthen the organization and leadership,overall planning,to ensure that the reform of the system of reeducation through labor safety and stable,coordinated and orderly.
