十八大以后,中国加快了法治国家建设的步伐。建设社会主义法治国家,必须培育法治文化。高校承载着国家和民族的未来,加强高校法治文化建设,依法治校,是高校发展的必然途径,也是对十八大精神的具体贯彻。所以,必须加强以"依法治校"为核心的高校法治文化建设,保障依法治校工作顺利进行。

After the eighteenth meeting,China has accelerated the pace of the construction of rule of law.Building a socialist country ruled by law,we must foster the rule of law culture. Colleges and universities bear the future of a country and a nation,to strengthen the construction of university culture,to rule school by law,is the inevitable way for college development,and is the concrete implementation of the spirits of the eighteenth meeting.Therefore,we must strengthen the construction of the culture of law under the 'law' as the core,to security school work smoothly under the law.
