当前,大学生就业难以成为全社会关注的热点问题,大学生职业生涯关乎每位大学生未来职业发展。从大学生就业能力与就业理念存在的问题入手,深入探讨了高校思想政治理论课对大学生就业能力与就业理念的作用和指导意义,提出高校思想政治理论课改革的着力点要围绕培养大学生的职业能力、自我认知能力、社会感知能力进行。

At present,the problem of university students' difficult employment has become the hot topic in the whole society,college students' career plays an important role in each college students' future career development.The article,beginning from the university students' employment ability and the problems in the employment idea,discusses the function and significance of ideological and political theory course in shaping college students' employment ability and employment concept. And then it puts forward the focus of the reform in the ideological and political theory course is around to cultivate college students' professional ability,self-cognitive ability and social awareness.
