摘要 微观层次交通排放模型是量化机动车尾气排放、评价交通管理产生节能减排效果的重要手段。在分析MOVES(motor vehicle emission simulator)模型计算原理与输入参数的基础上,提出了微观层次输入参数的本地化获取方法。结合ETC不停车收费实际案例,借助GPS等信息设备收集了北京车辆排放数据,分别基于本地排放率和默认排放率,利用MOVES模型对交通措施的减排效果进行评价,并与实测排放数据进行对比分析。研究结果表明:基于默认排放率和本地排放率,MOVES模型在评价ETC不停车收费措施所带来的污染物削减比例上具有良好的应用效果;但基于本地排放率,MOVES模型能更加精确地预测各污染物排放因子值。 Microscopic emissions models are important to quantify vehicle emissions and evaluate the energy saving effect of the traffic management measures.Based on the analysis of modeling principle and input parameters of the MOVES(Motor Vehicle Emission Simulator)model,this paper proposes the localized method to obtain the input parameters.Then,it uses the MOVES model based on default emission rates and measured emission rates to evaluate the effect of emission reductions of Electronic Toll Collections(ETC)strategy by comparing the modeled emissions with the real world emissions.The research results show that the MOVES models based on default emission rate and measured emission rate are both applicable for evaluating emission reductions by ETC;however,MOVES models based on measured emission rates can predict more accurate emission factors.
