摘要
运用PHAST软件,建立物理数学模型,对LPG储罐泄漏后的事故后果进行了扩散、闪燃、火灾、爆炸的模拟和分析,确定出了泄漏后扩散、闪燃的危险区域范围,得到了火灾热辐射和爆炸超压导致的人员死亡半径、中伤半径和轻伤半径。分析结果可以帮助厂家直观了解发生事故后的危险,进而针对性的采取相应的安全对策措施。
This paper simulates and analyzes the diffusion,flash ignition,fire and explosion of the accident consequences after leak of LPG storage tank by applying PHAST software to establish physical and mathematical models. It determines the dangerous zone of diffusion and flash ignition after leak and obtains the death radius,moderate injury radius and slight injury radius of personnel caused by fire heat radiation and explosion overpressure. The analytical results can help the manufacturers to understand the danger after an accident intuitively and then take corresponding safety measures pertinently.
