摘要
通过分析移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)对炼油废水中不同浓度的COD、氨氮的去除效果,得出MBBR承受低浓度COD的废水和低浓度氨氮的废水的冲击能力强,当MBBR进水中的氨氮浓度≤20 mg/L时,出水中的氨氮浓度低于检测限值;MBBR受冲击后,需要1周的时间自然恢复对COD的去除效果,需要2周的时间人工恢复对氨氮的去除效果。从炼油废水性质和运行控制两个方面分析了生物膜系统脆弱的原因,并提出了优化措施。
Through analyzing the removal effect of COD and ammonia-nitrogen with different concentration in oil-refining wastewater by MBBR,it is found out that the impact resistance of MBBR to treat oil-refining wastewater with low COD and low ammonia-nitrogen is strong. When the ammonia-nitrogen concentration of the MBBR influent is equal to or less than 20 mg / L,the ammonia-nitrogen concentration of the effluent is lower than the detection limitation. And after the MBBR receives impact,it will take one week for the MBBR to restore the removal effect of COD spontaneously and two weeks to restore the removal effect of ammonia-nitrogen by artificial method. This paper analyzes the reasons for the fragility of biological membrane system in MBBR from the property of the oil-refining wastewater and the operation control. It also puts forward the optimization measures.
