血压变异性用于临床仍需解决的几个问题 被引量：8

摘要 早在18 世纪中叶，人们就发现血压是随时间推移不断变化的，并非一成不变。即使相邻两次心脏搏动之间，血压也存在一定差异。1948 年Hammarstrom 等[1] 首次提出血压变异性（blood pressure variablity，BPV）概念，定义为血压在一段时间内的波动程度。
