摘要
目的探讨棱镜适应技术治疗卒中后偏侧空间忽略的临床疗效。方法将30例卒中后偏侧空间忽略的患者分为治疗组及对照组各15例,并对治疗组进行每日2次,每周5次,为期2周的棱镜治疗。在治疗前后采用半侧空间忽略量表分别对两组患者进行评定。结果治疗前两组患者半侧空间忽略程度无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,治疗组偏侧空间忽略程度较对照组改善(P<0.05)。棱镜适应技术具有持久的较好的即时效应和后续效应。结论棱镜适应技术是一种主动的适应过程,治疗卒中后偏侧空间忽略安全有效。
Objective To investigate the efifcacy of prism adaptation (PA) for stroke patients with unilateral spatial neglect (USN). Methods 30 cases of post-stroke USN patients were divided into treatment group (n= 15) and control group (n = 15), the treatment group performed PA therapy two times a day, ifve times a week, training 2 weeks. Before and after treatment using the hemi-spatial neglect scales evaluated two groups of patients. Results Before the treatment, there were no signiifcant difference of USN degree between two groups (P>0.05), after the treatment. The USN degree of patient in the treatment group decreased signiifcantly after PA treatment (P < 0.05). PA technologies have long-lasting effects. Conclusion PA is an effective procedure for rehabilitation symptoms of USN-producing relatively sustained improvements on a variety of spatial attention.
