免疫调节在颗粒物质诱导气道炎性反应中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 随着全球环境问题越来越突出,大气污染对人体健康的影响成为政府和公众关注的焦点。随着我国雾霾天气数量的增多,呼吸系统疾病的发病率逐年增加,而且空气污染的影响已经逐渐高于吸烟的影响[1],成为影响人体健康的一个重要环境因素。雾霾的主要成分之一即为大气中的颗粒物质(particulate matter,PM)。而在颗粒物质的诸多种类中,PM2.5(空气动力学直径小于或等于2.5μm的颗粒物)由于表面积大,在空气中存留时间长,其表面吸附的有害物质多,对人体健康的危害最大[2],成为环境研究的重点。流行病学研究显示PM暴露与慢性炎症性疾病的发病率和死亡率增加有关,如慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、哮喘、心血管疾病和自身免疫性疾病等[3-6],推测肺脏是全身炎症的发源地,这个过程涉及一系列复杂的免疫反应。本文就近年来国内外报道的PM暴露引起的肺部非特异性和特异性免疫反应机制方面的研究进行综述。
