辅助性T淋巴细胞在免疫介导心肌损伤和心室重塑的作用研究进展
摘要
慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)是由于各种原因(缺血、负荷过重、炎症等)导致心肌损伤,引起心脏结构和功能的变化,最后导致心室泵血和(或)充盈功能低下,为各种心脏病的终末阶段。目前,随着人口老龄化和多种因素的影响,CHF的发病率持续增高,而生存率低,严重危害人类健康。CHF发生、发展的病理生理基础是心室重塑。
