干细胞移植治疗心脏病的发展方向 被引量:2

摘要 损伤心肌的细胞修复是心脏病学领域的一个圣杯,细胞疗法理论上极有前途。早期动物实验和临床前研究结果具有革命性、突破性,但临床试验并未复制动物实验的辉煌战果;虽然每年干细胞研究成果汗牛充栋,但研究伊始的基本问题迄今仍未明了。困惑、置疑是新兴事物发生发展的天生伴侣,也是干细胞研究进展的最好清醒剂和兴奋剂。面对喜忧参半的现状,在此我们略论一些突破性进展。今日之蓓蕾,孕育着明日之硕果。
