染色体端粒损耗对动脉粥样硬化的影响及机制 被引量:1

摘要 端粒是真核细胞染色体末端的特殊结构,由简单的串联重复DNA序列组成,维护染色体稳定性和基因组完整性。端粒长度随年龄增大而进行性缩短,触发血管内皮/平滑肌细胞的老化及功能障碍,导致血管壁修复能力下降,促进动脉粥样硬化斑块的病理演进和不稳定,最终引发冠心病、脑卒中。一个个体的端粒长度受到基因突变、表观遗传改变、以及吸烟等环境因素的共同影响。本文主要综述了端粒对动脉粥样硬化发病机制的影响以及调控端粒长度的遗传和环境危险因素。
