摘要在全球范围的死亡原因中心血管疾病位列前三,严重地危害着人类的生命和健康[1,2]。而心力衰竭(简称心衰)作为各种心脏病发展的严重阶段,正在成为本世纪最重要的心血管病症。有流行病学资料显示,目前全球心衰患者的数量已高达2250万,并且仍以每年200万的速度递增,且年存活率与恶性肿瘤相仿。随着流行病学的变迁和社会经济的发展,发展中国家心衰的流行病学特点与发达国家日益相近,如冠心病作为心衰的病因在我国显得越来越突出[3,4]。为了更好地推动和促进心衰的防治工作,本文对心衰的流行病学特点作一分析。
